Thanks to the 180 school leaders who attended the Principally Speaking Network yesterday at Redstone Arsenal. When that many people from the same area of the state come together to hear the same message at the same time, the potential future conversation is great. Add to the equation every single person coming away with a copy the book on which the session was based. Now, you have tremendous potential for the concepts to take root and make a difference for many people for a very long time.
The book is half of the equation. It provides a system, a methodology, and motivation. This blog is the other half. It provides articles about specific tools and aims to stay on top of the every-changing world of technology.
Where do you go from here? This blog consists of roughly 1,400 posts. Don’t try to read them all. Many posts talk about software which has been replaced by better software. Instead, search the blog for a topic of interest. Want to see what I have written about Google Calendar? Search for it in the upper right-hand corner. Or, choose from the drop-down list of categories near the bottom of the sidebar.
Second, consider subscribing to my free monthly newsletter. The series actually starts with a series of 5 weekly newsletters to get you started. With the first, you receive a “sneak peek” at the book. Well…for the 1800 at PSN, you already have the whole book. The second newsletter, however, comes with a surprise you can put to use immediately.
Third, subscribe to this blog. After you put your email address in the block to the right, every time I post something new, it will come to your email.
Fourth, are you on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Pinterest? You can connect with me on any of those social media platforms by clicking the icons at the top of the page. Facebook provides an especially good forum to ask questions and follow up on the topics from our session together.
Thanks again for your participation. Make today count!
