Since publishing this post, Toodledo has made changes to the look of the site and the location of menu items. I have composed an ebook which accomplishes two purposes:
-
Identifies and elaborates on seven criteria to look for when selecting a digital task list
-
Provides instruction on how to setup and use Toodledo on a daily basis
This ebook is being made available to newsletter subscribers. To join the newsletter list, see the sign-up box in the sidebar.

January 16, 2013 4:27 amDear Dr. Buck,
Thanks a lot for the post. However, I would like to ask you a question: What’s the best way/program/application for me as a school principal to share a “To DO List” with my secretary? I’m using toodledo, but the problem is that I’m using it for my own personal “To Do”s, and I cannot find a “shared folder” on Toodledo to use it for that purpose. Thanks a lot for your help. I really do appreciate it.

I believe you have to have the “Pro” account, but that would be a pretty small expense too allow you to collaborate on tasks.
Hope this helps.
