Did you know you can take any note in Evernote and turn it into a webpage? It’s easy, and today I’ll show you how.
The example is my most common use case… a handout for a presentation. I learned many years ago that when you prepare a handout, you either run out or duplicate far too many. With a digital handout, you have neither of those problems. In addition, you can make changes up to the last minute. You can even make changes after the presentation is over. You don’t have the time or expense of duplication. Finally, you don’t have to lug around a box of handouts for your next presentation.
The video shows an actual workshop handout. I walk you through the steps.
As you work through the video, you’ll see how to create a link. Anyone with the link can view the video.
You’ll see how to communicate that link to other people. You’ll also see how they can communicate the link to people who were not even in your session.
When is your next presentation? Are you going to create paper handouts and duplicate them for everyone? There’s a much easier way. If you’re an Evernote user, create a new note and you have your hand out. Publish the link to the web and create yourself a short and link. That’s all there is to it.
